**Field Supervisor – Gardening Services**

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in gardening, janitorial, or general services.
* Associate Degree with 5 years’ experience (1 year supervisory) **or** High School Diploma with 10 years’ experience (2 years supervisory).
* Valid driving license.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong leadership and team supervision skills.

**Role:**
Supervise field staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure all work is completed safely and according to client standards.
