Junior Architect

Exp-1 to 3 years

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Preferably on large-scale or complex projects
• Strong proficiency in Revit (BIM mandatory)
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and detailing
• Familiarity with KSA regulations and international codes is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills
Support senior architects in concept, schematic, and detailed design stages
Develop architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details)
Translate design intent into coordinated technical documentation
Assist in preparation of design reports, presentations, and submissions

Preferred Experience:
• Exposure to mega projects, mixed-use developments, or healthcare projects
• Experience working in multidisciplinary or international consultant environments
• Knowledge of clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks)
