Karahi Chef-Karigar And Cook
Responsibilities:
Prepare chicken, mutton, and specialty karahi dishes with consistent taste every time
Follow exact recipes, measurements, and SOPs (no guesswork)
Execute base gravy + tarka finishing system for fast service (6–7 min max per order)
Maintain proper portion control (no overuse of oil, spices, or meat)
Ensure quality check before serving no raw, burnt, or oily food
Handle multiple orders under pressure without delay or confusion
Maintain cleanliness of cooking area and proper handling of ingredients
Coordinate with BBQ, tandoor, and service team for smooth order flow
Requirements:
Strong experience in Pakistani/Desi karahi cooking
Ability to work in high pressure, fast paced kitchen
Must understand commercial cooking (speed + cost control)
Must follow kitchen manager instructions no ego, no arguments
Team player with discipline and accountability
Work Expectations (Very Important):
Cooking must be standardized same taste every time, regardless of mood or shift
Orders must be delivered on time (no unnecessary delays)
Wastage, overcooking, or inconsistency will not be tolerated
If no orders, you will assist in prep, batching, or kitchen tasks
Performance is measured by speed, consistency, and zero complaints
