The ideal candidate will have a profound knowledge of traditional cooking techniques, spices, and flavors that define Bihari food. Key responsibilities include preparing authentic Bihari dishes (chicken, mutton, and other variations), ensuring consistency in taste, aroma, and presentation, managing marination, dum cooking, and spice blending with precision, maintaining kitchen hygiene and cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards, managing kitchen inventory, working efficiently during peak hours, and contributing to menu innovation.
