We are looking for experienced Mechanical / Millwright Lead Technicians to join a leading industrial project in Saudi Arabia.

🔧 Requirements

✔ ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related trade
✔ Minimum 5+ years of industrial experience
✔ Good command of written & spoken English communication
✔ Age: 22–44 years
✔ Proven experience in leading and handling a team
✔ Ability to manage and take work permits
✔ Experience in industries such as:

Oil & Gas
Fertilizer Plants
Cement Plants
Mining Plants

✔ Strong experience in maintenance of rotating equipment, including:

Pump alignment
Conveyors
Gearboxes
Couplings
Bearings
Other mechanical rotating systems

✔ Ability to work in dusty and high-temperature environments

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance team
• Perform and coordinate maintenance of rotating equipment
• Handle pump alignment, gearbox overhaul, and conveyor maintenance
• Manage work permits and ensure safety compliance
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and reduce downtime
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance departments
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time
