Mechanical Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Quantity Surveyor with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and contract administration for mechanical works in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting).
Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
Evaluate contractor quotations and subcontractor bids.
Prepare and verify progress payment certificates.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate project costing.
Assist in contract administration and variation orders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in mechanical quantity surveying.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, and cost estimation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying tools.
Good analytical and communication skills.
