Mobile/laptop/tablet Technician Riyadh Cenral Region

The technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile phones, laptops, and tablets. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while ensuring devices are repaired efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

– Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile devices, laptops, and tablets
– Perform repairs such as screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair, and motherboard troubleshooting
– Install, update, and configure operating systems and applications
– Recover data and perform backups when required
– Test devices after repair to ensure full functionality
– Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used
– Provide technical support and advice to customers
– Ensure proper handling and safety of devices and tools
– Keep up to date with the latest technology and repair techniques

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a mobile/laptop technician or similar role
– Strong knowledge of Android, iOS, and Windows/macOS systems
– Hands-on experience with repair tools and diagnostic equipment
– Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues
– Basic understanding of networking and data recovery
– Good communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

– Technical certification in electronics, IT, or a related field
– Experience working in a repair shop or service center
– Knowledge of micro-soldering (advanced repairs)
– Familiarity with multiple device brands (Apple, Samsung, Huawei, HP, Dell, etc.)
