**Job Responsibilities:**
* Handle filing, photocopying, and document management
* Answer phone calls and assist with emails and correspondence
* Perform data entry and maintain office records
* Manage office supplies and support day-to-day administrative tasks
* Assist staff with general office coordination and scheduling
**Requirements:**
* Previous office or administrative experience is preferred
* Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Professional attitude and ability to multitask
* Immediate joiners preferred
