Office Assistant required
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to support the smooth running of daily office operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management
Perform data entry and maintain accurate office records
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with correspondence
Manage office supplies and support administrative staff
Assist with general office coordination and day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
Basic computer skills, including MS Office
Good communication and organizational abilities
Professional attitude and ability to multitask
Immediate joiners preferred
