We are looking for an experienced Outlet Supervisor to manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise staff and manage daily outlet operations.
2. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
3. Monitor sales, cash handling, and daily transactions.
4. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
5. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
