Piping QC Inspector Aramco Approved

Al Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

We’re currently looking for an experienced Piping QC Inspector who is ARAMCO approved to join a long-term project in the Eastern Province.

Role

Inspect piping activities including fabrication, fit-up, welding, erection, pressure testing, and reinstatement
Ensure all work complies with Saudi Aramco standards (SAES), project specs, approved drawings, and international codes (ASME, ASTM, API)
Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and material submittals
Monitor welding activities and verify WPS/PQR compliance and welder qualifications
Witness and verify NDT, hydrostatic testing, pneumatic testing, and flushing
Identify issues, raise NCRs, and follow up until they are properly closed
Coordinate with construction teams, QA/QC staff, consultants, and Aramco representatives
Maintain clear and accurate inspection reports and documentation
Ensure all inspection work follows project HSE requirements.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
Valid ARAMCO approval as a Piping QC Inspector
Strong experience in piping inspection within oil & gas or industrial projects
Good knowledge of SAES, SAEP, SAMSS, and international standards
Ability to read and understand P&IDs, isometric drawings, and specifications
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work overtime when required.
