Position: QMS & OMS Focal Person / OMS Lead
1. Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial)
OR
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration / Quality Management / Operations Management
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) will be an added advantage

2. Professional Certifications (Highly Preferred)
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor Certification
• Knowledge of ISO standards such as:
o ISO 9001 (QMS)
o ISO 14001 (EMS) – preferred
o ISO 45001 (HSE) – preferred
• PMP (Project Management Professional) – advantage (aligns with your OMS / PMO structure)

3. Experience Requirements
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in:
o Quality Management Systems (QMS)
o Documentation & procedure development
o EPC / Construction / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry
• Proven experience in:
o Developing Policies, Procedures, SOPs, and Forms
o Implementing ISO 9001 system
o Handling internal & external audits
o Preparing:
Project Quality Plans (PQP)
Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
NCR & Corrective Action reports

4. Core Responsibilities (OMS Leader Role)
(You can include this under job scope)
• Lead development and implementation of Operations Management System (OMS) across the company
• Develop and standardize:
o Policies & Procedures
o Process Flowcharts
o Forms, Templates, and Reports
• Establish document control system and numbering structure
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company QMS requirements
• Coordinate with all departments:
o HR, Finance, Procurement, Projects, HSE, PMO
• Lead internal audits and support external certification audits
• Monitor process improvement, KPIs, and system compliance
• Train employees on OMS procedures and standardized workflows
• Ensure proper documentation archiving and version control

5. Technical & Functional Skills
• Strong knowledge of:
o QMS documentation structure
o Process mapping & workflow design
• Proficiency in:
o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
o Microsoft Visio / any process mapping tool
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong analytical, structuring, and documentation skills

• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and system thinking mindset

7. Preferred Profile (Very Important for Your Case)
• Candidate with experience in building systems from scratch (not just maintaining ISO)
• Experience in EPC companies / SABIC / ARAMCO environments will be highly preferred
• Exposure to PMO systems and enterprise-level procedures
