Safety Engineer required

Job Role:
– Developing & implementation of HSE policies, practices & standards and insuring compliance with SMS, rules & regulations and laws.
– Conducting Risk Assessments, Audits, Inspections and staff trainings.
– Monitoring, analyzing and investigating the incidents, near misses, Hazards (JHA) & FMEA etc.
– Working with third parties, regulatory bodies & Certification organizations and maintaining records & reports.

Qualification:
– Minimum bachelor’s degree in safety engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.

Skills & Certification:
– Strong Knowledge of HSE Standards & local safety regulations and good background in emergency response planning, disaster management etc.
-Strong communication skills (English & Arabic).
– Certification like CSP (Certified Safety Professional), First Aid Training, Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Emerging Safety Technologies such as IOT-based Safety Monitoring Systems etc.

Experience: 3-5 years in related field.
