Senior Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out - Red Sea - Immediate Joiner Only

Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience.
Previous experience in GCC projects for fitout works.
Preparation of Variation Orders (VOs) and claims submissions to the client.
Providing substantiation and supporting documentation for submitted cases pending client approval.
Follow-up with the client to facilitate the approval process.
Preparation of subcontractors’ final accounts.
Finalization of variation orders with subcontractors.
Finalization of back charges and claims to subcontractors.
Must be locally available in Saudi Arabia with Valid IQAMA and able to join immediately

Duration – 3 months & Extendable
Location – Red Sea.
