A growing construction and maintenance company in Jeddah is looking for a reliable and hardworking Site Foreman to join our team.

We are seeking someone practical, responsible, and eager to grow with the company long-term.

Job Duties:

• Supervising maintenance and construction works on-site
• Coordinating workers and labor teams
• Following up daily site progress and quality of work
• Assisting the Project Engineer with site activities
• Handling general maintenance and repair tasks
• Supporting material purchasing and site requirements
• Ensuring work is completed properly and on time

Projects may include:

• Electrical works
• Plumbing works
• Masonry and finishing
• Waterproofing and insulation
• General maintenance works

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or maintenance supervision
• Ability to manage workers and follow up on site tasks
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and finishing works
• Good communication and responsibility
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred
• Transferable Iqama preferred
