Urgent Hiring – SABIC Qualified Quantity Surveyor

Deemah Int’l Est – Jubail is looking for a highly experienced SABIC-qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team for an industrial project in Al Jubail.

Job Responsibilities
1)Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for all engineering and construction disciplines based on project drawings.
2)Review, verify, and finalize all calculated quantities with a high level of accuracy.
Coordinate with project engineers and relevant stakeholders to ensure the completeness of quantity calculations.
3) Obtain formal confirmation and approval of all calculated quantities in accordance with SABIC standards and project requirements.
4) Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and SABIC procedures.
5) Prepare quantity reports and support project planning and commercial activities.

Candidate Requirements
—– Must be SABIC qualified.
—— Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on SABIC industrial projects.
——- Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs across all engineering disciplines.
——Excellent understanding of engineering and construction drawings.
——Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
——Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
——Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
