Key Responsibilities
✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers
✔ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
✔ Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
✔ Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
✔ Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
✔ Ensure timely collection of payments from customers

Requirements
✅ 5–10 years of experience in sales and marketing of construction materials/building products
✅ Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
✅ Strong network within the UAE construction industry
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✅ Self-motivated and target-oriented professional
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage
