Urgent Hiring – Workday AMS Consultant (Time & Absence)
Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in India)
Salary: ₹18–20 LPA

Mandatory Requirement
Workday Certification is mandatory and must be obtained through an authorized Workday Partner.
Workday Time Tracking or Workday Absence Certification is required.
Experience
2–3 years of experience supporting or implementing Workday HCM.
Experience in an Application Management Services (AMS) or Post-Production Support environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Provide support and maintenance for Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.
Configure and troubleshoot Time Tracking and Absence business processes.
Analyze and resolve production issues while ensuring timely delivery.
Support workforce compliance requirements and assess downstream impacts of configuration changes.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of Workday HCM.
Hands-on experience with Time Tracking and Absence modules.
Experience with complex time and scheduling configurations.
Strong knowledge of workforce compliance and downstream business impacts.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
