Urgent Hiring: Workday Reporting Consultant

Mandatory Requirement
Workday Certification is mandatory and must be obtained through an authorized Workday Partner.
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Reporting and enterprise report development.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
Build complex custom reports to support business and operational requirements.
Develop and maintain Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, and Embedded Analytics.
Ensure reporting solutions align with Workday security and governance standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver scalable reporting solutions.
Troubleshoot reporting issues and optimize report performance.

Required Skills
Strong experience with enterprise reporting tools and report writing.
Hands-on experience with: Workday Prism Analytics, BIRT, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Embedded Analytics, Future Report functionality
Strong understanding of the Workday Security Model.
Knowledge of reporting and integration touchpoints across Workday modules, including: HCM, Academics, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Supply Chain, Student
