We are looking for highly connected, aggressive, and result-oriented Freelance Manpower Business Development Executives who can bring manpower business directly from clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who already have strong relationships and contacts with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, EPC, and INDUSTRIAL companies in Jubail and the Eastern Province.
🎯 YOUR JOB IS SIMPLE: BRING THE BUSINESS – WE WILL SOURCE THE MANPOWER
You will be responsible for:
🔹 Bringing new manpower requirements and contracts from clients
🔹 Developing and maintaining relationships with Oil & Gas & Petrochemical companies
🔹 Generating manpower requirements for Greenfield projects
🔹 Securing manpower opportunities for Shutdown & Turnaround projects
🔹 Identifying opportunities in Refinery, EPC, Construction & Maintenance projects
🔹 Understanding client manpower requirements and coordinating with our recruitment team
🔹 Supporting the sourcing and mobilization of skilled, certified and qualified manpower
🔹 Building long-term client relationships and continuously generating new business
💰 FREELANCERS
We are particularly interested in Freelancers, Independent Business Development Professionals, Recruitment Consultants and Manpower Agents who have an existing client network and can generate business.
