We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Logistics Assistant** to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be able to support daily logistics and supply chain operations efficiently.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and dispatch schedules
* Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and delivery records
* Track orders and update logistics data in the system
* Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and warehouse staff
* Assist in inventory monitoring and stock movement records

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations is preferred
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Immediate joiners preferred
